Zeta Curtis Obituary
Mrs. Zeta Carolyn Curtis 97, a resident of Trenton, Missouri died Friday, March 11, 2022 at her residence.
Her body was cremated under the direction of Slater-Neal Funeral Home, Trenton, Missouri.
Mrs. Curtis was born August 7, 1924 in Ottumwa, Iowa the daughter of Eldon and Mary Gertrude Forster Booher. She grew up in Lineville, Iowa. Went to college in Bethany, Missouri. Most of life she lived in California returning to Trenton to live with her daughter Sondra Pouder.
She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. Her life was of humble patience.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day-Saints.
In 1942 she was married to Darrell Eugene Curtis at Bethany, Missouri. He preceded her in death.
Her survivors include three daughters Sondra Pouder, Trenton, Missouri, Lana Decker, Thousands Oaks, Calif., Lesa O’Conner, Marble Falls, Texas; two brothers Gary Booher and Dean Booher, both from Missouri and fourteen grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters Yvonne Curtis, Shela Davis and one son Merrill Curtis.
