Mr. Scott Forman, 86, a resident of Trenton, Missouri died at 8:37 A.M., Monday, January 8, 2024 at St. Lukes on the Plaza, Kansas City, Missouri.
Family visitation will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Resthaven Mortuary, Trenton, Missouri.
Memorials to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and they may be left with the mortuary.
Mr. Forman was born August 24,1937 in Los Angeles, California the son of Albert Forman and Mable York Evans. He graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Business Management and Sciences. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired employee of Trenton Foods.
He was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Joseph L. Norton Post No. 919 V.F.W., and former member of the Trenton Rotary Club.
On February 13, 1965 he was married to Carolyn Crockett in Annandale, Virginia.
His survivors include his wife Carolyn of the home; two daughters Laura Shields and (Tim Stout), Knoxville, Tennessee, Anna Forman, Trenton, Missouri and one granddaughter Savannah Shields Binder and husband Nick, Kansas City, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
