Marylin Ruth Wynne, born on June 16, 1938, in Newtown, Missouri, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, in Trenton, Missouri, at the age of 87 due to natural causes. Marylin was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who touched many lives with her kindness and devotion.
Marylin spent her life dedicated to her family and her work. She managed the family business in underground telecommunications, demonstrating resilience and leadership. Her faith was an integral part of her life, and she found joy in sharing it with many children over the years. She was a beacon of love and hope to those who knew her. She was a giving and forgiving woman, always there in the time of need for friends or family.
Marylin was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Dora McLaughlin; her son, Terry Crawford; and her sisters, Carol Thomas, Shirley McLaughlin, and Joetta Burkeybile (Robert).
She is survived by her devoted husband, John B. Wynne; her sons, Troy and Timothy (Regina) Crawford; her brother, Thomas McLaughlin (Bonnie); brother-in-law Frank Thomas; her daughter-in-law, Judy Crawford; and her stepson, John D. Wynne (Denise).
