Linda Faye (Stokes) Peters

Mrs. Linda F. Peters 77, a resident of Trenton, Missouri died at 12:55 P.M., Monday, October 4, 2021 at Sunnyview Nursing Home, Trenton, Missouri.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Resthaven Mortuary, Trenton, Missouri. Burial of cremains will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Trenton.

Family visitation will held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the mortuary.

Memorials to American Cancer Society and may be left at the mortuary.

Mrs. Peters was born February 24, 1944 in Trenton, Missouri the daughter of Cecil and Naomi Faye Green Stokes, Sr.

On July 17, 1961 she was married to Ronald Peters at Killeen, Texas. He proceeded in her death on April 8, 2021.

Her survivors include her daughter Monica Farr and husband Larry, Trenton, Missouri, her son Kenneth Wayne Peters, Centralia, Missouri; her sister-in-law Carolyn Stokes, Trenton, Missouri; nine grandchildren Dawnelle Peters, Latitia Soderlund, Amanda Thompson and husband Tommy, Chris Farr and wife Brittany, Krystal Peters, Kaleb Lamp, Kassie Lamp, Kylei Stimpson and husband Derek,Kadin Lamp;  fourteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter Rhonda Lamp, one sister Elizabeth Swiger, two brothers Cecil Stokes, Jr. and Winfield Stokes.
