Dixie Jolene (Baker) Jones

Mrs. Dixie Jolene Jones 79, a resident of Triplett, Missouri died at 5:39 P.M., Sunday, October 3, 2021 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Resthaven Mortuary, Trenton, Missouri. Her body will be cremated after the service.

Family visitation will be held Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the mortuary.

Mrs. Jones was born January 1, 1942 in Fairfield, Iowa the daughter of Fred and Jenny Darlene (Howe) Baker. Before retiring she worked as a CMT, CAN, and Cook for several area nursing homes.

On November 19, 1960 she was married to Clifford Jones at Bethany, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2014.

Her survivors include two daughters Alberta McQueen and spouse Joe, Higginsville, Missouri, Elaine Hanes and significant other Richard, Trenton, Missouri,; two sons Clifford Jones and spouse Jesse, San Antonio, Texas, Don Jones and spouse Karen, Jamesport, Missouri; one sister Margo Jones, Triplett, Missouri ; one brother Jon Baker, Creston, Iowa; six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters Vickie Gillis, Sandra Fracks, one brother James Baker, and one grandson Dallas Hanes.
