Dewey W. Rhodelander

      Mr. Dewey W. Rhodelander, 85, a resident of Raymore, MO and former Galt, MO resident, died Monday, May 11, 2020 at 10:08 A.M. at St. Luke’s Hospice House, Kansas City, MO.

    His body was cremated under the direction of Slater-Neal Funeral Home, Trenton, MO.  A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Camp Ground Cemetery east of Osgood, Missouri.

   Mr. Rhodelander was born October 1, 1934 in Plad, MO, the son of Charlie and Fannie Medley Rhodelander.   On December 9, 1965, he married Florence Marie Lavely of Kansas City.

   His survivors include his wife Florence of Raymore, MO, two daughters Lorena Wilson of Hardin, MO and Marilyn Morgan of Lee’s Summit, MO, three sons David Rhodelander of Richmond, MO, Danny Rhodelander of Hottig, AR, and Darren Rhodelander of Hottig, AR, nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, and   one sister Freda Reed, Missoula, MT.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant son, Dewey Wendell  Rhodelander, and one son, Dennis Rhodelander.
