Carla Dianne (Kitchen) Couey

Dianne Couey, a 64 year old Trenton resident passed away at 3:04 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2025 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Trenton.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Trenton.  A visitation is scheduled from 6 until 7 Tuesday evening at Slater Neal Funeral Home in Trenton.  Memorial donations are suggested to the funeral expenses and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.

Carla Dianne Couey was born July 10, 1960 in Trenton to Robert and Beverly (Baker) Kitchen.  She graduated from Princeton High School with the class of 1979.  On December 7, 1981 she was united in marriage to Billy Joe Couey in Athens, TN.  Dianne worked at Midwest Glove in Chillicothe for a number of years.  She attended church at Amazing Grace Baptist Church.  She loved taking pictures, knitting, crocheting, and going to the thrift store, but most of all loved being with her grandchildren.

Surviving relatives include her husband Billy of the home, son Brad Couey and wife Nikki of Trenton, daughter Amy Wilson and husband Clint of Laredo, MO, her mother Beverly Coon of Trenton, sisters, Lisa Dunkin of Green Top, MO, Debbie Stivers of Trenton, Rhonda Lovell of Bolivar, MO, and Theresa Coon of Trenton, brothers Gary Coon of Moberly and Bryan Coon of Trenton, grandchildren Brandon, Tabitha, Madalynn, Mariah, Thomas, Layne, Autumn, and Carlee, and great grandchildren Adella and Gracelynn.

Those preceding her in death include her father, step father Frank Coon, a brother Randy Kitchen and grandson Eli.
