Alice Louise Hickman

Alice Hickman, a 94 year old Trenton resident, passed away at 2:38 p.m., Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Monday, January 17, 2022 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Burial will follow in Groff Cemetery.  A visitation is scheduled from 1:00 until service time Monday.  Memorial donations may be made to Groff Cemetery and left with or mailed to the funeral home.

Alice Louise Hickman was born April 25, 1927 in Trenton, MO to Roy Marion and Nancy Cleo (Reams) Hein.  On August 20, 1944 she was united in marriage to Wynn Hickman.  He preceded her in death on September 29, 2006.  Alice loved playing Pitch at the Senior Center and the She Club in Spickard.  She also loved listening to Elvis Presley music.

Surviving relatives include her daughters Glenda Winkler and husband Charles of Moberly, MO, Peggy Bryan of Princeton, MO and Marsha Kerr and husband Tom of Chula, a sister Pat Cox and husband Larry of Aurora, CO, sister-in-law Ardis Simpson of Spickard, MO, grandchildren Curtis Crawford and wife Tona, of Trenton, Tim Horton of Kansas City, MO, Kami Smith of Kansas City, MO, Steven Kerr and wife Megan of Prairie Village, KS, and Susan Ditch and husband Morgan of Jefferson City, MO, and great grandchildren, Trent and Connor Crawford, Brayden and Colton Jeffers, Ainslyn and Gwendolyn Ditch, Hannah and Olive Kerr, and Bryson Horton

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers and sisters, Carl Raymond, Charles, George, Frank, Roy Hein, Leila, Dorothy, Betty Sue, Mary, Shirley, Helen, and Bertha Mae, and grandchildren Christopher Horton and Callie Crawford Jeffers.
